Cheap & Easy (part II) Remove the flavor pouch from the noodle pack and add it to the broth along with the noodles. ( you may CRUNCH them if you like) Allow this to simmer at least 5 minutes so all the flavors melt into the noodles. That's how you get this easily made "inexpensive" flavorful soup suitable to warm you up on these chilly damp days as we move into spring. |

You are right; those noodles make a great soup when you add a few of your own special touches. I use them in kwikie recipes all the time. Thanks for sharing yours.

Most stupendously cheap is get a big ole brick of Red Rooster straight noodles put in som Braggs matural soy sauce for no msg .Kitchen scraps and cow patty or octopus if you like you can add .LOL
